How do I start a project — do I need an appointment?
Call us or send damage photos via Viber / WhatsApp. We return an initial estimate and timeline within one business day. A detailed diagnosis and written price are free, but require a physical visit to the workshop.
Can you estimate damage from photos?
Yes, we provide a preliminary estimate based on photos and video. The final price is only fixed after an on-site visual and CNC measurement, because hidden structural damage is not always visible from photos.
Can I track the progress of my repair?
Yes — we send photos and video of every stage via Viber or WhatsApp. You're also welcome to visit the workshop during business hours to see your vehicle in person.
Will your repair affect my car's factory warranty?
If the work is done with OEM parts to factory specifications — no, the manufacturer's warranty remains valid. We strictly follow official standards on every stage so that your factory warranty stays intact.
